My biggest problem is all the damn versions now. There really is no competition, so if you rip a lot and want to rip and convert in one step (time being $$ and all that), it may be worth it. When I first started using the software (v6) it was somewhat expensive ~$100, but it got rave reviews and was considered by many to be well worth the cost. Then I rip (compress) to a different folder on a 2nd drive using Handbrake. I suggest creating a folder like "DVDFab-out". Select your destination path using "Save to". If not, click the big icon/image just below "+ADD" and above "Advanced Settings" (which is greyed out for me). It should be selected by default.īelow "Copy Mode" you should see "Full Disk". It isn't clear, but HD Decrypter is only available for the "Copy" > "Full Disk" function. The product links are just links to the website.can't really blame them for trying to promote their product, can you? If you missed it like I did at first, click the X in top-right corner to close the splash and continue. In the current version (9_), the updated version, a splash screen shows everything that has been purchased or available for trial.
